Good design is easy to promise and hard to deliver. We bring institutional-level rigor, technical precision, and design care to every project — a private residence, a neighborhood park, a civic building — regardless of scale or budget. That rigor doesn’t change with the client, the community, or the scale. Serious design shouldn’t be reserved for the few — it should hold up everywhere.
From first intention to final detail, we guide ideas into elegant, enduring places shaped for people and built with discipline.
A 5,000 SF renovation of The Harbor Bank of Maryland’s Baltimore headquarters, establishing a brand and spatial standard to guide the institution’s future branch renovations. Duro developed and documented the design and produced the project renderings — opening the floor plate for natural light and transparency, introducing flexible meeting space and integrated technology, and carrying the bank’s identity through material and environmental graphics.
Good design begins long before a drawing is produced — rooted in presence, clarity, and care for everyone a project will serve.
Let’s discuss the possibilities.
